Most Arthritic Pain Removed By The Process That Caused It!

Do You Want To Be Free Of Your Pain?

My goal here is to share with you a powerful form of therapeutic coaching that top athletes are already aware of.

Here is my basic idea of pain, see if you agree…

Pain or chronic discomfort is the body’s way of telling you something needs attention. You drop something on your foot and the pain is instant. The central nervous system (CNS) sends a message at hyper-speed to your mind, which does lots of things very quickly at this point but the main thing you get is the registration of PAIN! Followed in many cases by a few well chosen words (depending on who’s in ear shot).

Pain is the mind responding to signals from your CNS letting you know there is some sort of damage or disruption to your body. If you get a dent in your new car you take it to a body shop, if you have engine problems you take it to a mechanic. But unlike cars our engine comes in TWO parts…Mind & Body.

What many people tend not to recognise is that pain can also be subtle; it can get more intense over various amounts of time depending on what the cause is. Remember pain is the signal or message from your mind telling you that something is wrong. It may well be that the cause of the pain signal being sent has its roots deeper than the physical symptoms outwardly observed by you or anyone else. Pain reduction pills can only do so much since all that is really going on is the temporary interruption of the pain signal. In many if not all cases….”This does nothing to remove or deal with the cause of the pain signal.”

I am not sure why we evolved into a race of people who less than 500 years ago would have listened to their body and acted accordingly to heal the mind and body and move on. Today all there seems to be is a heavy leaning towards suppressing the pain (signal) and doing nothing about the actual problem. Giving a type of pain (signal) a label or name does not make the problem go away on the contrary if allowed to persist it will take up residence in the mind of the recipient and resist all attempts at removing the “idea” thus condemning the “believer” to a life of pain…Is this you?

What you are actually doing is suppressing the bodies signaling system to let you know you have to fix something. If you dampen this message that your body is trying to send you eventually, the pain will impinge on other areas of your life, perhaps affecting your sleep, walking up or down stairs or simply unscrewing a lid from a jar. This will continue until you address and resolve the underlying issues and deal with the cause – the true cause.

Unfortunately, most doctors simply don’t have the time to address the mind-body connection or are unaware of the role the mind plays in the creation and cession of pain. When diagnosing, your doctor will look for very specific signs, symptoms, and disease characteristics. He will also consider your medical history, physical examination, blood tests, and imaging studies. The physical examination to try to see any visible signs and symptoms that point to arthritis:

Redness/warmth around a joint inflammation
Joint stiffness or tenderness
Joint fluid or swelling
Bumps or nodules
Pattern of affected joints (e.g. symmetric or asymmetric)
Limited range of motion

A single symptom or a single test result is not enough to diagnose arthritis. Certain symptom patterns and tests are used to rule out specific types of arthritis in order to narrow down the type and preferred treatment which usually involves a course of anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID’s – Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) to reduce the pain.

The word ‘arthritis’ is a label to group together some 100-200 types of arthritis – but what causes the arthritis? Determining the cause of arthritis can be difficult, because often several factors contribute to an individual developing this common problem. We are told it can be Genetics, Age, Weight, Previous injury, Occupational hazards, Illness or Infection or a disease that gradually builds up, or a group of conditions that cause inflammation in the joints gradually destroying the cartilage and bone or simply wear and tear from old age – but could it be something else…

It is widely understood that negative emotions such as: grief, fear, hatred, shame, resentment, anger and stress and various other life issues have an effect on our body. New information is emerging that suggests that negative emotions cause disruption and miscommunication within and between the bodies major healing systems, specifically the lymphatic system (LS) and the CNS leading to a physical breakdown of the body. Doctors are only focusing on the physical aspect of the body, the arthritis, in order to deal with the pain, the symptom, and are completely missing the negative emotions that caused the pain in the first place.

We are constantly told that there is no ‘cure’ for arthritis and this is endorsed by our doctor’s, National Health industry, the national press and media sources. Some doctors actually compound the problem of arthritis and leave the patient with no hope for the future. When asking the doctor what can they expect? They are typically informed that, ‘there is no cure for arthritis… that they’ve got it for life… it’s going to get worse… and eventually, they might have to have major surgery to replace the joint and, in the mean time, only the conventional drugs and medications are available.’ Wow, that’s something to look forward to… but don’t be hard on the doctor’s, they are only confirming what the drug industry dictates.

What if there doesn’t need to be a ‘cure’ for arthritis – only a correction?

When the emotional trauma that is directly linked to the arthritis is dissolved, the body re-establish’s the communication between the CNS and the LS to the site of pain. The LS is the body’s drainage system, and once re-connected is able to eliminate the build-up of excess waste materials, the dead blood, skin and organ cells and all the pollutants and chemicals from food, household cleaners, solvents and petrol etc. through the natural process of elimination. Swelling is automatically reduced, inflammation subsides and the pain goes – naturally.

Although complex and efficient, most of the time, the LS functions just the same as your home drainage system which can, from time to time, go wrong. Imagine what happens when the drain outside your home becomes blocked and you keep flushing the toilet, running the shower and sink and washing machine etc. Eventually, the water backs up the pipe until you find that the water doesn’t drain away or the toilet doesn’t flush properly – now you’ve got a problem and something needs to be done and quickly!

When the blockage is cleared from the drain, it only takes a few moments for the build-up to be flushed clear and a sense of peace and calm returns to the world. And so it is with your body.

When I ask doctor’s how it’s possible to remove the pain they tell me that this is called ‘spontaneous remission,’ it’s not common, it does happen from time to time, and the pain will return. Well, if that is the case, my clients experience spontaneous remission – and months later they are all still pain free. They continue to enjoy a new lease of life, pain free sleep, and have regained a quality of life they thought they had lost.

But what happened to the arthritis? We know that pain is the symptom and arthritis is the cause – the two go together – so we are told. But what happens to the arthritis when we eliminate the pain? Surely, if we have the arthritis then, we must be in pain? The answer is – I don’t know and I don’t think that we even need to know. The doctor’s tell me the person still has the arthritis, but if this is the case it isn’t affecting them at all. They have a full range of movement and flexibility but without the pain. If you have no more pain then, there really is only one question that needs to be asked… “Can the wear and tear on the connective tissue that surrounds the joints be repaired; the cartilage, tendons, ligaments and bones and, the answer to that is – YES.”

When the emotional cause for the arthritis has been addressed and cleared, the body is no longer in turmoil and is free to start repairing and rebuilding the damaged joints. Research shows that the use of supplements will enhance the repair and promote healthier joints faster than by just following an existing diet. Patrick Holford, a World renowned nutritionalist, has developed a tried and tested nutritional diet and support package that reduces and eliminates inflammation and pain and promotes healthy joint growth. The combined elimination of emotional trauma and the nutritional support is an incredibly powerful package that promotes health and well being faster than any other method currently available for treating arthritis.

My method has been so successful in drastically reducing and, in most cases, eliminating arthritic pain altogether without drugs that I am constantly left speechless. It is a magical moment to observe the expression on a person’s face once distorted and wracked with pain and discomfort to suddenly realise they are now pain free, have no discomfort and are able to freely move with no limitation. As well as a decreased level of pain, other benefits are also experienced, including:

Feeling more calm, relaxed and peaceful and happy
Greater range of movement and flexibility
More mobile to go anywhere
Deeper and better quality of sleep
Feeling they’ve regained control of life
Feeling lighter as if a weight or burden has been lifted
Much more energy

If you are still in pain and your current treatment regime is not giving you relief or the quality of life you deserve then, you

Myths About Back Pain And The Panacea

As reported in medical journals up to 80 per cent of adults will experience back pain at some time during their lives. Let us take a closer look at the seven myths about back pain mentioned in various medical journals.

Myth 1: If you have slipped a disk (also known as a herniated or ruptured disk), you must have surgery. Surgeons agree about exactly who should have surgery.

Truth

The causes of bad back can be complex and difficult to diagnose. For more than 70 per cent of patients with chronic back pain, it is not possible to make a specific diagnosis pinpointing the cause of the pain. Surgery to relieve back pain should only be used as a last resort. Very specific tests should be done to confirm that a disk has been damaged and that the pain is directly related to this damage. Even if tests show a damaged disk, recovery often occurs without surgery. Studies using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have shown that the herniated part of the disk often shrinks on its own over time The causes of back pain can be complex and difficult to diagnose. Surgery to relieve back pain should only be used as the last resort. Approximately 90 percent of patients with a herniated disk improve gradually over a period of six weeks.

Myth 2: X-ray images, CT and MRI scans can always identify the cause of pain.

Truth

Abnormalities of the spine are as common in people without back pain as they are in people suffering from this pain. Getting a better quality image of a herniated disk, in the absence of a thorough physical examination, leaves you with only a better picture, not necessarily a better diagnosis. Even the best imaging tests cannot identify muscle spasms or strained ligaments that might be the cause of pain. Many doctors only recommend CT and MRI scans for those patients already heading for surgery for other reasons.

Myth 3: If your back hurts, you should take it easy until the pain goes away.

Truth

Thinking of today is to continue the routine activities of daily living and work as normally as possible. Persons who remain active do better than those who try either bed rest or immediate exercise. Not all workers can immediately return to work. It is often helpful to have workers with back pain return to some form of light work until they recover more fully. Even the best imaging tests cannot identify muscle spasms or strained ligaments that might be the cause of pain. Persons who remain active do better than those who try either bed rest or immediate exercise.

Myth 4: Most back pain is caused by injuries or heavy lifting.

Truth

It is true that workers whose jobs involve lifting, lowering and carrying materials are much more likely to experience pain in the lower back than workers who do not do this kind of work. It is also true that the weight of the material is a risk factor for injury, as is how often the materials are handled and the workers posture when doing the work. And regardless of whether or not the work involves lifting, people are more likely to be injured early in the morning, when their backs are stiffer, than later in the workday. Up to 85 per cent of persons with bad back can not recall a specific incident that brought on their pain. While heavy lifting or injuries are risk factors, they do not account for most episodes of pain.

Myth 5: Back pain is usually disabling.

Truth

Most people with back pain get better, regardless of whether they receive treatment or the treatment method used. Most people who leave work return within six weeks, and only a small percentage never return to their jobs. That is the good news. The bad news? If you have experienced back pain in the past, you are at greater risk of experiencing it again. Fortunately, recurring episodes of pain usually go away on their own, just like the original back attack did

Myth 6: Everyone with back pain should have spinal X-rays.

Truth

Routine X-rays of the spine are unnecessary and often of little value. The spine abnormalities detected with X-rays often have nothing to do with the symptoms experienced. Many people have abnormalities and are completely pain-free. The latest medical guidelines for evaluating back pain recommend that the use of X-rays be limited to patients such as those who have suffered major injuries in a fall or automobile accident.

Myth 7: Bed rest is the mainstay of therapy. If you have experienced back pain in the past, you are at greater risk of experiencing it again. Routine X-rays of the spine are unnecessary and often of little value.

Truth

For the longest time, patients with back pain were told to lie down to get better. While many patients experienced less pain while lying down, it was not always the case that they got better. Studies have shown that four days of bed rest turns out to be no more effective than two days, or even no bed rest at all. Imagine what it felt like to get up after one to two weeks of strict bed rest – the recommended practice not that long ago.

Here is the Panacea for Back ache and related problems:

Removing the stiffness of all muscles from the ankle to the neck, which effect the spine, is the panacea of bad back pain and related problems. But how? You and your chiropractors may have tried many exercises on you, but your pain may have little or no improvement.

The Shoulder/Neck model is designed with a “U” shaped cutout that fits like a collar around your neck to more effectively deliver soothing moist heat to your shoulders and neck

Uses a conventional switch. Competitive products require you to make constant contact with their switch

Therapeutic treatment temperature between 88 degrees and 166 degrees Fahrenheit

Digital hand control allows operator to program and monitor temperature and treatment time

Automatic time control (1 – 60 min. timer) with auto shut off

The Theratherm Digital Moist Heating Pad, as opposed to dry forms of heat, draws moisture directly from the air. There is no water to add, no water to boil, no dripping packs and no towels to prepare. Moisture is drawn from the humidity in the air and retained in a specially designed 100% cotton cover. When the hot pack is turned on, the retained moisture is rapidly heated by high-grade ceramics, forcing the moisture out of the flannel cover onto the patient’s skin, allowing deeper penetration of heat into the bodys tissue. The moisture acts only as a means to transmit heat more deeply into the tissue, so only a small amount is needed. TheraTherm, unlike all competitive products on the market, has a digital hand control allowing the operator to program the following parameters: treatment temperature, treatment time and on/off. Competitive units, including Thermophore, require the operator to make continual contact with a single-loaded switch to generate and maintain heat from the pad. This is positioned as a safety feature. TheraTherm has a conventional on/off control switch. Lockout mode protects against accidental changing of the control settings.
