Question by sgreenslade: constant cramp in back of knee?
for the last 3 days i have had constant pain in the back of my knee. It hurts like hell it feel like a cramp..only i have had it for 3 very long days! poeple have told me to put ice on it and rest it..but ice makes it 100 times worse..almost unbearable!
